The house was spacious and comfortable. The exterior has been very poorly maintained, unlike the photos. However, it is next to a golf course. A golf ball shattered our windshield while our vehicle was parked in front of the garage (with the house between the vehicle and course). Multiple Vacasa agents were quick to "deny liability" and failed to follow up as promised. The only golfers in range denied responsibility. The golf course denied responsibility. The owner of the property denied any responsibility and never got back to us about homeowner's insurance potentially offering coverage. The local agent was the least helpful, offering uninformed opinions that she seemed to believe were ironclad and failing to follow up as promised. Book at your own risk. I will not be using Vacasa in this area again.

We loved the location on the golf course. It was only 20 minutes to Newport where our boat was docked. The house was very large . We cook a lot and the kitchen was small but so well equipped. We loved it. The only thing is the yard probably could have been more well maintained but we still were able to play cornhole. We definitely will look to rent this place again. Had a great stay

We had a lovely and restful stay at this home. It was a last-minute booking for us due to a wildfire evacuation, and we were so grateful to find a peaceful, spacious place to land. The sunroom upstairs was a highlight—such a peaceful spot to read and unwind. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to cook in, which we really appreciated. A few small details could be improved for future guests, such as the noticeable cobwebs and some clarification around the coffee setup (one machine required K-cups, and the other was missing filters and a carafe). That said, the beds were comfortable, the house was welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for sharing your space!

Really could use some maintenance and updating to make it a 5 star stay. Furnishings and decor choice are nice and beds were comfy. Deep soaking tub was so relaxing!
