Everything from check in to check out was seamless. It was nice to have access to a "local" rep in case something was needed, but we never did. The house is older but kept very clean. Everything worked just fine. It was quiet and very relaxing. There was also a very short walk if you wanted the beach/ocean side. It is not a matter of if we will return but when.
