This two-story home is located in Wakonda Beach, a small oceanfront community that sits three miles south of downtown Waldport. To reach the beach, you need only cross the Oregon Coast Highway. This is a wonderful location for exploring the greater Central Oregon Coast, with Yachats, Cape Perpetua, and Thor's Well less than eight miles away. Drive just a bit further to visit the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (17 miles), Newport (19 miles), the Heceta Head Lighthouse (19 miles), and the Sea Lion Caves (20 miles). This home was built to showcase its magnificent setting, with the ocean on display both upstairs and down. The open living space on the main floor is lined with windows, so you won't lose sight of the view as you watch movies on cable and streaming, play board games at the dining room table, and prepare homemade meals using stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Catch the sunset on the deck each evening and head upstairs for movie nights in the den.
