Thank you for choosing to rent your home through Casago. We hope you enjoy your stay in the beautiful town of Loreto, BCS Mexico. The following information enclosed is provided to help you prepare for your vacation.

DELIBERATE DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD OR CASH DEPOSIT ON FILE WITH CASAGO WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE. We will put a hold on your card in the amount of $200.00 (US DOLLARS) for the damage deposit. You may also leave this deposit in cash at the front desk. Deductions will be made for missing kitchen, linen, and decoration items as well as for property damage.


Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. Fee for late check-out is $20.00 USD per hour with prior authorization. From 3:00 PM on, the whole following night will be charged.


Our office is located Paseo Mision de Loreto FN 344 in Loreto Bay. Office is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you plan to arrive out of our schedules, please let us know and we will email you the check in instructions.  



Loreto international Airport (LOT) is serviced directly by Alaska Airlines, West Jet, Volaris and Calafia Airlines. Calafia Airlines and Volaris. Direct flights from Tijuana, Alska Airlines direct flight from Los Angeles California and West Jet from Calgary Canada. The Airport is 8 miles away from Loreto Bay, and a taxi cost approximately $30 USD from the airport to Loreto Bay. You can also rent a car and drive to Loreto Bay  



Loreto bay and Casago Loreto Office are located around 8 miles from the Loreto international airport, It’s possible to drive to the property from the airport taking the Federal Highway 1 south (turn left) from the airport entrance onto the highway (approx. 5 minutes) and drive past the first entrance (big colored sculptural arches) for another mile approx. to a second entrance (cow grated)-turn left down the paved boulevard and left again at the T junction (where you see the white Loreto Bay Inn across the street) and drive around 150 meters, on your left side you will see our office. Parking area is on the main street of Loreto bay but the parking is not designated. RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski and sand rails are not allowed to be parked in the main street, those must be parked in the specified area by Security department




Each rental that we manage is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice. You will lose your damage deposit and be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental. 3 bedrooms (6 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 2 bedrooms (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 1 bedroom (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years in existing beds).  



A fifty (50) percent down payment is required for the reservation and the last fifty (50) percent will be charge at the moment of the check in. If your reservation is within ten (10) business days of your arrival date, payment in full is required. We take credit card or cash only. We accept VISA & Master Card.


If a cancelation is made more than 60 days before arrival date, there will be a cancelation fee of $100.00 USD. At that time, we will issue you a credit card refund of your reservation less the $100.00 USD cancelation fee which will show on your account between 5 to 6 business days. 
If cancelation is made 60 or less days before arrival date, there will be no refunds.
No refunds for canceled holiday date reservations.
Please note: There are no refunds for early departures.


Changes to your reservation arrival and departure dates or the type of home rented can be made anytime up to 35 days in advance of your scheduled reservation arrival date for a $35.00 rebooking fee for each event.  There is a maximum of three (3) changes per reservation permitted.


We are proud of the homes we represent and we do everything possible to represent the properties condition and available amenities to the general public prior to renting.  Each property owner has furnished their rental in a fashion expected to meet the requirements of rental guests.  If you stay in a rental that did not meet your requirements, please let us know.  Likewise, if you enjoyed your stay and would like to request the same rental in the future, please let us know and we will forward this information to the owner.  Unfortunately, there will be no refunds if the home does not fulfill your expectations.


The towels in your condo are for your own use and they will not be replaced during your stay, for which we thank you in advanced for using them appropriately. Cleaning will be done after your check out, the fee is already included on your payment. The unit will have toilet paper, paper towels and soap only for the first 3 days of your stay.

Casago Loreto cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages, whether caused by storms, the electrical company (CFE) issues or by any other means out of our control.  Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages and internet issues.  We cannot be responsible for weather, acts of nature, and/or other acts of mankind that may impede or otherwise impact your vacation or holiday.  Therefore there will be no refunds.

Thank you for staying at Loreto Bay Casago Loreto.  We are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience and that your stay here will be most pleasurable.  Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condominium and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and/or forfeiture of all monies paid.  All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico Time.


  • The HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy on threatening or abusive behavior.  Harassment or physical abuse of any person by another is prohibited.  Violators of this and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property.
  • NO offensive, intimidating, threatening behavior will be tolerated.  Violators are subject to immediate removal from the Resort.
  • If there is anything wrong in your unit at check in time, please notify the front desk within the first 30 minutes (this includes cleaning issues) and we will assist you right away.
  • Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the Villa.  Everything is inventoried and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you.  Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in.
  • Please do not move pool furniture from pool areas.  For your own safety glass containers are not allowed in pool areas.
  • Fireworks, fire arms and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law.  Fireworks are prohibited within 1 mile from the properties.
  • No music or loud noise that might disturb owners and renters after 10:00 pm is allowed in order to preserve tranquility.
  • Camping on the grounds of the Villas or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed.
  • It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels or to organize games in the green areas or visible on the deck patios and railing.
  • Room capacity, 3 bedrooms (6 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 2 bedrooms (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years in existing beds), 1 bedroom (2 adults and 1 child under 12 years in existing beds).  
  •  No additional persons are allowed to stay in the rental.
  • Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.
  • When leaving villas, please be sure to lock the main door.
  • The cleaning service will be provided after your check out of your unit.  Cleaning supplies like toilet paper, soap, kitchen towels are only provided for the first 3 days, after that it is reasonability of the guest buy those for their use.
  • Please do not leave trash in hallways, place all trash in the designated trash areas, see the map we will give you at the time of the check in.
  • Please return all room keys upon checkout, to avoid a replacement key charge.
  • RV's, Trailers, Jet Ski and sand rails are not allowed to be parked in the main street, those must be parked in the specified area by Security department.
  • Only registered persons staying at the Resort are allowed to use common areas such as swimming pool.  These areas cannot be used after 10:00 pm. Rules are posted on the pools areas. The guest's visitors are not allowed to use the common areas.
  • Casago and Administration are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them.
  • Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pools. Security will be informed about your stay and they will have the names of the guests staying with you.
  • No pets are allowed at the pool.
  • Casago and Administration are not responsible for items left in the condominium please be sure to lock the units.
  • The beach area is not our direct responsibility.  We are not responsible for articles forgotten or left in the beach area.
  • In case of an emergency after Casago office hours please call us to 613 117 0275 Mexican cell phone or refer to security office for assistance and they will call us.
  • Children must be under adult supervision around pool, beach and common areas at all times.  There are no life guards on duty.
  • Hanging any sort of clothes or towels on terrace rails is prohibited.
  • Swimming suits only are allowed in pools.  Street clothes are prohibited in the pools.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any unit. Out of respect of other guests, smoking in pools or shower areas is not permitted.
  • A letter with the HOA rules will be provided at check-in.

I have read and understand these rules and regulations, I acknowledge that breaking these rules may cause the loss of any remaining time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment. Deliberate damages will be charged against my credit card or cash deposit on file with Casago Loreto within 24 hours of my departure. I take full responsibility for any and all damage I or any of my guests may cause during my occupancy.
