Our newly renovated location at FN 525 can’t be beat! 120 steps from the beach and the Sea of Cortez. We are very close to an adult lap pool, but not too close, and a 5-minute walk to La Sirena coffee shop (fabulous coffee and breakfasts), a small convenience store, a liquor store and a 10-minute walk to the golf course and several restaurants.
Our home is a two bedroom, 2 bath second generation Bohemia in the Founders neighborhood of Loreto Bay. There is a small, pretty, third bedroom we affectionately call “Snore-Away”. The home has been recently renovated with a gorgeous flagstone entrance and courtyard, a Broil King barbeque, an outdoor shower, fountain, laundry facilities and a lovely garden. Natural light floods this home with access to outdoor living through opening doors seamlessly transitioning from the indoor living areas to the courtyard. Out the back door is one of the loveliest public courtyards in Loreto Bay with 2 cruising bikes to explore the area with.
The kitchen has had recent upgrades with a new beverage fridge, microwave and cupboards. It is decorated tastefully and has a comfortable living room. Make sure to bring your Nespresso small pods with you as they are hard to find here!
The bedroom on the main floor has a California king bed, with ensuite bathroom and shower. A small private garden brings in plenty of light and offers views of the pink bougainvillea as you wake.
Up the tiled staircase to the second floor is the Master bedroom with a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. Directly outside the bedroom is a pergola with 2 lounge chairs and a hammock to soak in the sun in a private setting offset by lemon trees.
The small third bedroom is also on the 2nd floor with a double bed and requires sharing of the bathroom directly beside it. It is brand new.
From the third level tower one can view the Sea of Cortez that harbors a rich marine ecosystem that is diverse and spectacular in its protected waters. The tower with its comfy furniture is a great place to be enjoyed with a game of cards at happy hour or a cup of coffee in the morning.
All bedrooms and living room have individual AC units and new ceiling fans and has been recently upgraded with high-speed internet. There are smart TVs in the living room and the Master bedroom upstairs.
Come and enjoy our home next to the glistening Sea of Cortez, where you can enjoy sunrise kayaking or paddle boarding in view of the beautiful Sierra de la Giganta Mountains. Swim in the sea or at the lap pool, both are literally a stone's throw away.
