Common amenities including a heated pool (with a swim-up bar area and ice machine), jacuzzi, 2 ft deep splash pool, BBQ, tables/chairs, are nestled within beautifully manicured garden areas all of which are located just a few steps from the condo entrance. Additional heated pools and jacuzzis located within Las Mañanitas are also available for use. Other amenities include a fully equipped indoor air-conditioned fitness center, an outdoor secondary fitness center, a lighted tennis court, and a putting green. Las Mañanitas is also equipped with a water purification system and conducts regular water assessments to ensure health and safety. The CasaGo property management office at the front entrance offers the service to arrange all the local activities the area has offer, and the manager Marco Leon will ensure you have everything your visit requires. The published rate reflects pricing for non-peak times of the year. Rates will be higher from November through April. High peak rates will apply to the Christmas/New Years Holiday Season and Spring Break/Easter weeks. A $65 in/out cleaning fee is also applied to all bookings.
