MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 26 YEARS OLD FOR THE PRIMARY RENTER, per the HOA rules for this complex.
The HOA requires a photo ID to be provided PRIOR TO CHECK IN for every adult guest staying in the condo.
Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. Guests in violation of this policy may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA.
