Entering through the large frosted door, you'll enter the living room which has an open floor plan that leads to the gourmet kitchen and dining room.The living room sits to the right and has a large gray sectional sofa, loveseat and ottoman that can seat up to 8 people.
The gourmet kitchen had a beautiful modern, contemporary design and offers a large quartz kitchen island, electric cooktop, double ovens, built in microwave, large double-door fridge with ice maker and wine chiller. One of the coolest features of the kitchen is that it has a built in espresso machine for the perfect cup of coffee! The dining room sits to the right of the kitchen and has a large glass table with 6 upholstered chairs.
To the left of the living room is a staircase that leads downstairs to the game room. The game room is a great place to relax and entertain. It offers a custom wooden billiard table, pool cues, wet bar with wine chiller, pub table, sofa and 2 large mounted smart TV's. This is a great place to grab a drink and play a game of pool while watching the game, or multiple games at once! To the right of the game room is an office / craft room and is a great place to hide out and get some work done.
Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs. Walking upstairs, the master bedroom is located at the end of the hall. The master bedroom has a king size upholstered bed with two nightstands, and a large mounted 75" Smart TV on the wall. The master has a walk-in closet and it's own attached bathroom. ~All reservations must submit driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.
~All Casago homes are inspected every 30 days if this happens to occur during your stay, we appreciate your cooperation in advance
