The dining room is casual and comfortable, with seating for six and the adjacent living room offers additional seating and a desk area. The chef-inspired kitchen features tile counters with a modern artistic backsplash, so you'll be sure to find everything you need to prepare wonderful meals for friends and family. Located north of downtown Palm Springs, this lovely retreat will offer a bit of peace and quiet while still being mere minutes from all of the action. Simply drive along Palm Canyon Drive and you will find a plethora of restaurants, attractions, boutiques, and more, less than two miles from your front door. For a bit more action, the hiking trails in the area will spoil the outdoorsy members of the group. Plus, Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park can offer even more scenery and adventure for every type of guest to enjoy. THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.
