Other amenities include cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, high-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. For summer comfort, the home offers a mini-split A/C system in the living room and multiple portable fans THINGS TO KNOW Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties. This home has a septic system. There are streaming services available, but guests must log in with personal accounts.
