With approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, this Palm Springs Vacation Villa will be your retreat in the desert. When you visit this beautiful area of Palm Springs, you will have access to playing golf (reasonable greens fees apply) at Mesquite Country Club and be close to all of the best attractions. Though it will be hard to leave your private oasis, downtown Palm Springs is just three miles away, offering a plethora of local boutiques, museums, restaurants, and casinos that will fill each day with fun. THINGS TO KNOW -This home has a minimum seven-night stay. -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays. -This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. -Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day.
