Yet it remains quiet, secluded, and peaceful! The common area features six swimming pools, one spa, two tennis courts, making for ample activities mere steps from your front door. When you want to venture out a bit, downtown Palm Springs is just six miles away offering a plethora of fun shops, restaurants, and attractions you won't want top miss! THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable.
