For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a utility deposit of $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This goes towards the use of the gas and electricity. The guest is refunded the remaining balance of the utility deposit, which is determined by the usage according to the utility companies.
