Spend your days hiking or mountain biking Sedona’s famous red rock trails, then return to your own private retreat. Unwind in the hot tub beneath a canopy of stars, enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill, and take in the incredible red rock views from the living room and both front and back porches. This single-level home sits just eight miles south of downtown Sedona, but everything you need is close by. Within minutes you’ll find local restaurants, cafes, unique shops, and a full-service grocery store, making it easy to stock up for a night in or step out to experience the local flavor. The Jacks Canyon Trailhead is only a mile east, with Courthouse Vista, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock all just a short drive away. Inside, the home is both inviting and practical. The front living room offers a comfortable sitting area with beautiful stained glass windows and natural light—perfect for reading, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the views. A second, more casual sitting area features a TV with streaming capability, flowing into the fully equipped kitchen and dining nook for six. The primary suite offers its own TV, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. After a day of adventure, the garden patio shaded by mature trees sets the scene for alfresco dining, while the hot tub invites you to soak, relax, and recharge for the next day’s explorations. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace in the living room is not operational. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
