Spacious Living Areas: Vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a 78-inch TV in the dedicated TV room provide relaxation and comfort.
Chef’s Dream Kitchen: Fully stocked with a variety of small appliances, a massive walk-in pantry, and all the essentials for your culinary adventures.
Work and Play: Two desks for remote work and a serene environment for focus.
Outdoor Living: Covered patios, a BBQ grill, and seating for al fresco dining or lounging.
Natural Encounters: Backing the pinyon/juniper forest, wildlife sightings are common, including deer, and javelina.

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ No Pets

~No mailbox access will be granted
