Other things to note The driveway can be slippery in winter months even when plowed and salted regularly. For your own safety and the safety of our fences, be careful and be cautious as you come and go from the property. If the driveway is slick, has ice, or snow, please contact us immediately to have the driveway cleared. Safety Concerns Please ensure kids do not climb on the rock walls as some rocks may be unstable. Ensure that kids do not swing high on the top deck porch swing since it could potentially hit one of the large windows. Ensure that the trampoline has a maximum of 3 people at a time and an adult is always watching.
