Skier or snowboarder, golfer or mountain biker, this is a beautiful home base for exploring Colorado's great outdoors. This house sits about five miles south of downtown Granby, where it enjoys proximity to all-season recreation at Granby Ranch. You'll be one mile from Base Camp Lodge and three miles from the Granby Ranch Golf Course. Other wonders of nature - from the slopes of Winter Park Resort, 21 miles away, to Rocky Mountain National Park, 27 miles away.

The main living space is upstairs on the second floor, offering three walls of windows and sliding glass doors that open to the deck. Step outside with a mug of coffee or hot cocoa and marvel at how the setting sun illuminates the mountain landscape.

Enjoy a sleek kitchen, a window-lined dining area, and a living room where you can stream movies by the gas fireplace as the kids watch their own movies in the den downstairs. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite on the upper level with its own TV and bathroom.
