Mountainside 049 offered guests a wonderful and memorable stay with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and plenty of space to spread out. Guests appreciated the cozy living space and noted the thoughtful updates to the condo. The setting was well suited for walking, hiking, and ski trips, adding to the property's appeal. Guests especially enjoyed unwinding in the private hot tub and making use of the board games during downtime. Overall, Mountainside 049 was described as a place guests would gladly return to and recommend to others.

Delight in your next mountain retreat with the ski-in/ski-out access and peace and quiet that this condo has to offer. Newly remodeled last year, the condo is family friendly (equipped with high chair, Pack 'N Play, and a small capacity washer-dryer combo) and you will find everything you need for the perfect mountain escape in this one-bedroom condo with a loft. Make your favorite meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (equipped with Shabu Shabu Hot Pot & BBQ Grill Pan) and then relax after a day of adventure in the inviting living room with a 4K smart TV, gas fireplace and the hot tub. The couches in the living room and dining room pull out into queen-size sofa beds. Off of the living room, you will find the main bedroom that boasts a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a loft with two queen beds and a bathroom.

Summer is an amazing time to spend time in this lovely condo centrally located to an abundance of activities.

Enjoy amazing hiking, tennis, biking, boating and fising on Lake Grandby, take in a round or two of golf at Grandy Ranch and relax in the Hot Sulphur springs. Fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy the seasonal pool. Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapaho National Forest are just a 30 minute drive away. Winter Park is also a short drive and offers many summer events including the Winter Park Jazz Festival July 18-19 and Winter Park Wine Fest Sept 18-19.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo for 4 nights over new years for a ski vacation and had a wonderful experience. The owner has done a nice job with updates to the condo, with the exception of 2 of the bathrooms. We enjoyed that there was ample space for us to spread out and really took advantage of the hot tub, board games, and very cozy living space on our rest day of no skiing. The condo is advertised as ski in/out, though it’s a bit of a hike to get to the lift and/or take the path direct to the main run, based on the location of the condo in the center of all the buildings. We did do this a couple afternoons and it was so awesome to get back to skiiing after a midday break without the hassle of getting to the parking lot, taking gear off, etc. WiFi could use a boost. Having the hot tub right in our unit was unusual but after a long ski day it was amazing to get in and relax tired muscles, without having to share the hot tub experience with strangers! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

I loved our cozy condo stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Loved how it was 20 min from stores and restaurants. Loved the open space for walking and hiking. Great place to stay if you ski. Thank you for this experience!
