We came for the last week of March but Granby Ranch closed the day before we arrived. It would have been a perfect ski in/ski out location but, instead, we had to drive every day to find snow. Pros: great location if Granby Ranch is open, underground parking included, wi-fi, separate bathrooms for Mom & Dad and the kids. Cons: not enough dishes and silverware for our family of 5, longer drive to Winter Park once Granby Ranch closes.
This property is a great place to stay for a family ski trip. The balcony view is not good. You look at driveway. The condo needs new carpet, it is torn in several spots. The pillows are stained and nasty and need replacing. We loved the location and the host but would probably stay in a different unit next time.
I like the ski in ski out. Close to the lockers.
Carpet was filthy and ripped. Bed is worn out. Place smelled.
The carpet and kitchen rug need replaced BADLY!!! If it weren’t for these items, it’s great.
We stayed last weekend and found the lack of A/C to be an issue. They had one good fan that we rotated between all the rooms. but there was no ceiling fan in the kids room and the main family room fan doesn't really work. I suggested they stock the unit with at least 2 more fans for the windows and that would help alot. We had to keep the porch door open and the patio was really dirty and full of spiderwebs so that was not ideal. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked which was nice. The space is big, it's easy to get in and out being on the 1st floor. The building backs up to Grandby Ranch so it's really beautiful. The pool is nice, was a surprise we had to pay $15/ person each day (I must have missed some fine print somewhere), but still was fun. Overall we probably wouldn't recommend it to others.
