Majestic mountain vistas extend before you on the private balcony. The living room fireplace provides a cozy ambiance and supplemental warmth through the colder months. So close to the pool and hot tub and the Granby ranch restaurant bluebird. The golf course is like 3 minutes away. Looks like they just got new carpet and flooring throughout and some new furniture made so nice to relax watch tv on the Roku tv’s with great views of the mountains out all the windows.

This unit is close to the elevator which means that it’s not too far to walk in those clumpy ski boots. We enjoyed three days skiing at Granby and one at WinterPark. While Winter Park had better snow (2026) and more runs, we REALLY appreciated the proximity of the ski rentals and slopes to our room.

This is a spacious space for fun and relaxation. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to have big meals or fun snacks. The entire condo is full of amenities to make your stay feel luxurious but also so comfortable. We watched movies with the fireplace flickering and making everything warm. Nearby there is a grocery store and from Fraser to Granby there are great places to dine out or get food to go. Ski season is just around the corner and if that is a sport you love or want to try, reserve this condo for the time of your life!
