Pool is not heated or available year round. This was not disclosed in the listing. It's technically yes, ski in/out, but be prepared to walk a full city block to get from the snow to entrance you need, and then a few flights of stairs. Be sure to check your unit number - the building address is number 96. But you will not be in unit 96. This was not mentioned on the text and email reminders. It was on the initial agreement, though. The poor gal in unit 96 gets a steady stream of visitors. It has plenty of bathrooms and showers and there is a lot of fridge space. Granby has essentially nothing to do beyond skiing, so bring food to make with you! If you're expecting a ski village atmosphere, Granby Ranch is not that place. The kitchen here did everything we needed, so we had a good time making big family dinners.

I loved all of room as well as all restrooms and the kitchen were stocked with items that would be needed. I like the layout of the condo as it was very roomy. I was very impressed with how quickly I received help. The communication between the Vascasa and the customer was top notch!

Lots of beds and bathrooms, but no privacy and a loud unit with room walls not extending to the ceiling.

It's like staying at grandma's, you just need to bring cookies and hot chocolate! As you can see in the pictures it is very outdated. It had the bare essentials and was clean. The hot tub was hot which is great after a day on the mountain, but very dated and the jetts are not great. For the price paid they could provide a little extra or do some updating. There was no laundry detergent, cooking oil, coffee grounds, things like that, that a 2 night stay would be nice to include. That being said we booked this last minute and were happy to have a clean warm place to stay!

One of the burners broken/unhooked - kitchen dated with old equipment, hot tub has mold on one of the headrests, unit wasn't all that clean - hairs in the bathtubs and places where the floor had stains that suggested that the floors weren't cleaned / wiped down after the previous guests.
