A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Easy in and out. Amazing views and location

We’ve stayed at Base Camp One many times, but this was our first time in this particular unit—and it was perfect for our family of four. The balcony view is fantastic and gave us a great spot to watch the skiers throughout the day. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having Wi-Fi, which allowed me to get some work done in the early mornings and evenings. Not all units we’ve stayed in have offered this, so it was a really nice bonus. Overall, a wonderful stay—we’d definitely book this unit again.

This property is amazing to ski at Granby Ranch. It's steps away from the base. It's a great place to stay with kids. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the summer. Remember that mountain properties don't have air conditioning. There was only one box fan and it did not circulate enough cool air.

We went for a wedding in June. The location is great. However we literally sweated when in the room and slept on top of the covers. The heat would not turn off- and yes I notified the manager daily. When it is cold that is likely great. It was not great in the summer.
