We love the location and view. We take great care of any spaces and we’re very sad that no one responded to our issues especially the leak. I did the best I could with towels, which I had to change several times during the day. I am happy. It was not worse.
Condo was in good shape. Clean, kitchen had everything we needed for some easy meals. Can’t beat the proximity to the lift. If you are needing to work from home and need internet bring your own hotspot.
This property had its pros and cons. We stay at Base Camp every year. We love the family friendly mountain and location of Base Camp. This year we arrived to a dirty room. I called guest services, which the lady seemed pretty rude. Once the room was “cleaned”, I noticed the towels and sheets looked dirty. The WiFi is non existent for this property. Like not just bad, zero. Thankfully, we brought our own hot spot to connect to the tv. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to use the tv. The up side is the location and the room was nice and spacious.
Overall the place was good, but I was disappointed to see things mentioned in reviews from a year+ ago still be an issue. The couch was terrible to sit on. Cooking was difficult with limited pots and pans including the absence of a can opener. The lack of a ski locker, the long door code were all things I saw in reviews and still an issue.
Six adults stayed over the long MLK weekend. The place is large, the beds are comfy, plenty of closets, a pantry, and three luxurious bathrooms. It’s on the corner of the building, which makes it about 55 steps from the elevator, but it does have a view of the main ski lift. We’d definitely stay again.
Great location! Perfect space for families. Nice to be able to take breaks during the day from skiing.
