Inside, you'll be greeted by a multi-level layout with central AC, high-speed WiFi, and three full bathrooms to pair with the two bedrooms and the loft sleeping space. Relax after a day spent at the beach in the inviting living room (with a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV), outside on the sun-splashed deck, or at the table and chairs on the screened porch overlooking the trees. There's a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an indoor dining space as well. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four and older for use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion. You must show a copy of your rental agreement to purchase passes to access the on-site amenities. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
