This updated home is decorated with a Nantucket and nautical flair for a cozy atmosphere. Spacious first floor master bedroom contains full master bath. With granite counters and tile backsplash and new gas stove (2017), the well-equipped kitchen is stocked for the most serious of cooks. Dining room sliding glass doors lead to the screened porch or open deck where pond and golf views await - it's a great perch for stargazing too. This is a great escape for your vacation, any time of the year. Minutes to the local beaches, tax-fee shopping, water sports, family amusements and more. Central air conditioning , washer, dryer and more. 4 TVs (flat-screens), 4 DVDs, Keurig, gas grill, gas fireplace, Wifi., 1-car garage, Xbox 360, assorted books, movies and games, couple of adult bikes, few beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. Love where this home is located in Bear Trap Dunes. The neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly. We loved the view of the pond from the kitchen and back deck, and the grassy area behind the house was great for our pups. The upstairs "Jack and Jill" bath design is a bit awkward as the shower is included in the part that is off of the Queen bedroom and the toilet is included in the part that is off of the other upstairs bedroom that has 2 double beds. Does not allow for much privacy, so I would suggest this as a potential upgrade/remodel. It would have also been nice to have a stand-up shower in the master BR on the main floor, rather than shower/tub combo. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed, and the furnishings were very comfortable. Thank you!

I’ve rented houses in BTD for my family for 6 years and 60 Willow Oak is the best of them all. I loved the water view and it has all the amenities and supplies you will need. I loved the way the screened in porch was set up. I am definitely renting this unit again next year.

The furnishings were so pretty with a nautical theme. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, great for walks, running, bike riding, etc. The kitchen is fully-equipped. In the garage there were some bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, toys, etc. for you to use. It's a great place for families to stay!
