Great place, lots of space. Clean and new. Right on running path!

We stayed with our children and grandchildren for lovely Christmas Holiday. We loved not being in the hustle and bustle of downtown Park City, but just a short 10 minute drive if you’d like to go in for an evening. The home was very well stocked with all amenities we could ask for, very clean and welcoming and The Wi-Fi was great even with a large group. The only complaint would be, a small kitchen and eating area made it difficult to prepare large meals or have everyone in the kitchen, but we made do! Would definitely stay here again😊

This property is well located at about 10-15 minutes from Park City. All rooms are well equipped and clean. Everything looks almost new!

This beautiful home is in a great location convenient to Park City, Heber City, Midway and Salt Lake. Our stay began with a text about two hours before our check in time saying the home was already cleaned, ready and waiting for us. That never happens, so we were excited to be able to arrive earlier than the normal check in time of 4:00pm - as our day began about 3am to catch our flight. We stayed in February and arrived to a well shoveled driveway. The house was very clean and well appointed with anything a family might need during their stay - kitchen supplies, grill, games, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and lots of space to spread out if some want their own space.

This rental was amazing. Great location Park City! It was supplied with all needs! Will definitely rent there again.

The layout inside was what we expected from the photos in the listing. The beds were comfortable and everyone had a good night`s sleep. The place was nice. We were disappointed to have to call about the island counter top in the kitchen being dirty. It looked like someone just wiped the counter and smeared greasy smears around without using cleaner. Also the grill on the porch was awful. The side areas were covered with grease and the grill surface was a thick mess of old food. There was no way I wanted to use it. Any food cooking areas like those should have been spotless. However, I contacted them and they sent a crew right away and everything was cleaned beautifully. I was impressed by the good communication, but I should not have had to contact them. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
