Sunrise is a beautiful facility! So clean and nice, pools are amazing! Easy access to beach. Staff was super nice and helpful. Our condo was nice, we enjoyed the free beach chairs and umbrella and especially the big tub. Conveniently located to almost everything. Close to peir park. I only had one complaint, floors could use a good cleaning in condo but that’s all. We will be back to Sunrise!

… We booked last minute for an emergency family bereavement need. It worked out perfectly and was well worth it. Being able to book with our Wyndham benefits made it even better. Two bathrooms and amenities

Over all the condo was nice. Mold came out of the bathtub jets so that was disappointing since one of these reason we booked it was for the jacuzzi tub. The security of the building is absolutely ridiculous, TOO MANY rules! We had a 100 dollar fine left on our door from the HOA for vaping on our balcony, which I was told by the head of building security the balcony is not considered “attached” to the condo and therefore is considrered a “common” area and is under video surveillance at all times. The Elevators were super hot, only 1 out of 4 had air blowing. I will say One perk was the beach chair and umbrella rental that was included in the condo.
