Overview

This comfortable, 14th floor condo offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and accommodates up to eight guests quite comfortably. This vacation rental comes with two sets of sliding glass doors and features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area and dining area. Guests will also have access to a host of on-site amenities including shared pools, a fitness room, and easy beach access. Just a little over two miles east is the Shipwreck Island Waterpark and the ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory. St. Andrews State Park is also just a short drive away. 2 out of 4 elevators were down the entire week causing very long wait times every time we left the room and came back. It was very frustrating. Overall it was a nice condo with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but make sure to bring an extra blanket or 2. The top covers on the beds are no thicker than a regular sheet. Also, there's a $50 parking fee which is ridiculous, parking should not be an extra charge after we already paid for the room. Overall though it was a beautiful condo and was a nice vacation with family.

Nightmare vacation - rental was mold.infested, out dated-stained furniture, parking fee never mentioned on VRBO, never received $50 refund, lost 1st day of vacation waiting to be relocated to Sunrise Beach.
