Delightful, Gulf-front condo with pools, gym & hot tub

The location was perfect close to Pier Park, easy access to beach

I would not pay for this condo again. It’s not a lot of maintenance and to be cleaned properly. AC unit did not work all week & they brought us box fans since I guess the unit had been fixed 4 times before our stay and was still broken. Kitchen chair has mold along with the master bathroom ceiling. Door handles were broken, our daughter almost got locked in her room. It also had a sewer smell inside the room. We generally stay at the Emerald but decided to stay here since it was a bit cheaper, lesson learned and you get what you pay for.

The condo was very nice and convenient. The ac unit needs to be fixed to where you aren’t sweating at night and during the day when inside.

The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful view! We had a wonderful stay with the only downside being we didn't stay long enough!!

Great place Very clean property. You can tell the workers at Sunrise Beach Condo take pride in their jobs. Always someone cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay, however, we encountered two problems: the door to the room would often get stuck, and the sliding door on the balcony, which can be accessed through the bedroom, did not lock. Given that we were traveling with small children, we had to keep a watchful eye on them at night to prevent them from leaving the room through the door.
