Gulf-front condo with balcony, beach views, pool, hot tub & gym

Spacious unit in a corner space with plenty of balcony. Unit could use some work done as floor tile is loose and cracking under your feet, paint scraped and drywall damage throughout. Drawers in the owners bath are peeling paint. Locks don’t work on patio gliders.

The location was excellent. the property was excellent. The gulf view was excellent.

Lots of space.

Pictures missing from the walls with the screws still in tact ie wasn’t exactly as the pictures portrayed on the internet, couldn’t read a single number on the stove for which eye or which heat temperature, Very limited amount of utensils for kitchen use , pillows flat as the sheet as they provide and mattress had us waking extremely sore every morning, toaster did not work , patio furniture very outdated and uncomfortable. One pool was shut down as well as the kiddy mushroom which meant everyone shared one pool with the options of 4 umbrellas. We had to move our vehicles 3 times due to them changing where the workers would be. Seemed very unorganized. Tried calling guest services and got someone very rude on the phone. Elevators were working well and location was great. Very unhappy with the condo for the money

We love the location of Sunrise Beach Resort in PCB. Another perk for us is only 2 vehicles per unit are allowed - which guarantees that you will always have a parking spot on the parking deck. They're 4 elevators which help with waiting times and crowding. Sunrise Beach Resort is where we have stayed the last 2 years and plan on only booking here in the future. They're also 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a mushroom water splash pad for kiddos to enjoy.
