This was my first stay in this particular unit after having stayed in a few others in the same building. This was my favorite unit so far. I called to ask if I could check in early and was told right away before I even noticed there was a minor issue with the kitchen lighting in the unit, but they would credit my card for the inconvenience. I thought this was very courteous and I was able to check in a bit early. I can't ask for better customer service than that. Very clean unit and even had a countertop ice maker. That was a pleasant surprise. I enjoy staying here and it's good to see they are spending some money on the property (new modern elevators, etc.) I like this property because it's fairly easy finding parking on one of the decks and you don't have to wait for a very long time to get an elevator. And this is while they are installing 2 new ones, so I can't even imagine how much faster it will be once the installation is complete. Very nice touch!

Sunrise Beach Resort is a beautiful place except after we booked we received a message construction work in progress. Our Vehicle was blocked for hours.

Location ,Parking ,Beach Service was outstanding this year. Parking was an issue with the construction .Should have had better communication ,Had to move my vehicle after i had already my stay !
