Everything you need is inside, from lounge chairs on the balcony to the all-important central air conditioning. The oceanfront location means you'll always be able to run down when you're feeling like some time in the sand, plus you'll be within an easy distance of Panama City attractions. When you're back, just set the bathing suits and towels to go in the private washer/dryer. Everyone can relax in their own space, especially younger guests who pick out spots in the bunk room. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy a deluxe en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But everyone can come together in the full kitchen to cook up a delicious post-beach (or pre-beach!) meal. Absolutely perfect for what we needed! Location was amazing and within walking (or golf carting distance) to everything, the home was in immaculate condition when we arrived, and we had everything go so smooth with check in and out! I’ll absolutely be booking this condo again!

I really did enjoy my stay at Sunrise 2402. The only suggestion I have is more user friendly design tvs. Took us a while to figure out how to use the WoW box in the living room and finally figured out how to watch Netflix. I will definitely stay again at this unit but next time I will just bring my own streaming devices for each tv. I had one Roku with me and used it in the primary bedroom because I never could figure out how to watch tv. The view is incredible and the beds are very comfortable. I would also suggest a bigger coffee pot for the kitchen. Also a brighter light bulb on the balcony would be helpful. We wanted to play cards on the balcony one night but couldn’t see very well.

The overall room itself had a beautiful view with a large balcony! There was plenty room inside the condo. It is located on the 24th floor so in case you don’t like heights this is a warning. Also, the security at the resort was insane. You couldn’t swim without security aggravating you daily for your wristbands. You couldn’t have floats or balls in the pool. Security also wouldn’t even allow you to drink a water near the pool. You have to take out your own garbage: no room service, you have to wash and dry your own towels and wash cloths. Parking cost $50 per vehicle which we were unaware of until vacasa sent an email. The sofa in the condo was super stained and nasty. The rugs were filthy. The bathtubs had scum in them. Check in and out was a breeze and was super easy.
