Gulf views from your private balcony - condo with pool , hot tub & beach access

The wrap around deck & the private deck from the extra bedroom. The shower's had safety rails, extra security for older guests. Kitchen and baths were well equipped, only items we had to provide were food, and personal items. Beds were very comfortable as was living room furnishings, etc. Would definitely be inclined to stay there again if I go back at a future date!

I loved the big balcony and the furniture on the balcony as well and the furniture and decorations on the inside were very nice! The rooms were big and the both bathrooms were big as well.

This is the second time I've stayed in this unit. I love the view from this room. Everything in the room was nice and clean. Look forward to staying again in the future if the room is available.

We absolutely loved our stay. This was a last minute trip me and my husband decided to take and we really didn’t need a place this big but we were so glad we decided to go with this place. We are planning a family vacation next year with our grown kids and I’m hoping this place will be available when we decide to book something

This was a very nice condo with everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The wrap around balcony was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The location of this unit does not allow you to see the pool area from the balcony, but you can see the hot tub (as shown in the unit photos). This wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to be able to watch our teenagers at the pool from the balcony. Also the balcony is set back and is right next to the adjacent unit’s windows. It was a little awkward when they opened their blinds when we were enjoying our morning coffee. Just know that the balcony area is not private. The coffee maker is an older style that needs filters and ground coffee. Most units we’ve visited the past few years have Keurigs so this was a minor nuisance to have to wash the carafe each day. There are only 5 coffee cups and one has a crack so again, we had to wash these every couple of days. The clothes dryer took 2-3 one hour cycles to dry 4 beach towels. The hall bathroom is decorated in mermaid theme including a life sized mermaid on the shower curtain (different from what is shown in the photos). This was a little weird since we had two teenage boys using that bathroom. The king bed footboard sticks out on each side. My husband and I both hit our legs on the corners multiple times and we are not large people. Also, they provide many more bathroom towels than noted. We packed hand towels because it said we’d only get one per bathroom but there were 3-4 in each bathroom. Also, not unit specific, but the building elevators had multiple issues during our stay including when we arrived. One unit was down and many folks were arriving and unloading. There was a long line for the one working elevator and it took long enough that our teenagers took the stairs with their luggage to the 12th floor. Later in the week, my husband got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes and once security got him out, he heard that the other elevator was also stuck on the 8th floor so he took the stairs. The condo itself was very nice. This feedback is just that, not complaints, just some things that could be improved upon to make it even better than it already is or so others know what to expect.
