The living room and kitchen are open to each other, offering comfortable seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen features granite countertops and plenty of prep space, while the living room includes a 42-inch TV, a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa.

The primary bedroom offers a 42-inch TV, a DVD player, a private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony for early risers who want to sip a cup of coffee outside. The bunk nook has direct access to the second bathroom.

Tidewater Beach Resort offers more than enough amenities for fun and relaxation: a heated indoor pool; two outdoor pools with hot tubs; a fitness center with a spa, a steam room, and a sauna; a theater-style movie/media center; an arcade/game room; a restaurant; a coffee shop; and a tropical bar. But the best part is the location - just a short walk or bike ride from Pier Park's fantastic restaurants, shops, amusement park, and movie theater.

• During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.
• Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
• Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
