Enjoyed our stay! Did see improvements to the facilities since the last time we stayed there! Thank you!

Ocean view and beach front
This unit in Tidewater was the perfect size for our group of 6! It was enough room for all of us to be together or apart depending on what we were doing. The location on the beach and the pools/hot tubs were great adds. Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Shawntel. There were a few minor inconveniences (fyi, at the time we stayed there the dryer did not work) but the Vacasa team was very responsive and attentive. While the elevators are kinda slow, it wasn't too bad but that could be because the property wasn't overly crowded during our stay. You get one umbrella and two chairs complimentary with the unit, if you have more people, just plan to either pay for additional chairs or bring your own. There is an umbrella and chair (or two) available to use but we had to set them up in a separate area. Just keep that in mind if you plan to spend extended time on the beach. It worked out for us because we spent more time in the water than we did in the chairs. Overall, it was a great experience, I would stay there again if we chose PCB, FL as our vacation spot.
We always stay in this room. Love it with exception of bad experience this time with no working dryer. Beautiful views and almost daily ocean life was seen which makes everyone’s day.
Some of the staff were rude. The dryer in our room was broken and we weren’t told about it until after we washed a load of clothes even though they had someone looking at it the same day before we checked in. The refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. The elevator situation was terrible. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for elevators everytime you needed one. To the point it was a joke with all of the guests you met that you have to squeeze in whenever one comes cause there’s no telling how long it will take to get another one. Some guy in Pier Park even asked about our stay when he saw my tidewater wristband and asked how we like the “hellevators”.
