It's all about the incredible corner position of this 16th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort, where you'll have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sand beach, and unforgettable sunsets. This lovely space, which has been updated with travertine tile in the living area and bathrooms, includes a wrap-around balcony, free seasonal beach service, and resort amenities that include hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and an arcade. Pier Park is less than a mile east, where you can shop at over 100 stores, take a ride on the Panama City Beach Skywheel, play a few games at Dave & Buster's, or catch an IMAX movie. Get up close with the local marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), cool off from the summer heat at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east), and grab a bite to eat at Fattyā€™s Sandwich Shop, Diegoā€™s Burrito Factory & Margarita Bar, or Barefoot Hideaway Grill. Condo was fantastic minus the dryer not working. Originally scheduled a check in on Friday but decided we wanted an additional day (Thursday) added on at the beginning of the trip. Management company sent an invoice easily and I completed what was needed on my end. Received a text saying the condo was good to go and all set to check in early Thursday. However, I never received arrival check in information, including the door code to enter, until 9 am Friday after pestering the company for hours. Was never provided with WiFi password after asking multiple times but wasn’t the end of the world as we spent little time inside.

This unit in Tidewater was the perfect size for our group of 6! It was enough room for all of us to be together or apart depending on what we were doing. The location on the beach and the pools/hot tubs were great adds. Everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Shawntel. There were a few minor inconveniences (fyi, at the time we stayed there the dryer did not work) but the Vacasa team was very responsive and attentive. While the elevators are kinda slow, it wasn't too bad but that could be because the property wasn't overly crowded during our stay. You get one umbrella and two chairs complimentary with the unit, if you have more people, just plan to either pay for additional chairs or bring your own. There is an umbrella and chair (or two) available to use but we had to set them up in a separate area. Just keep that in mind if you plan to spend extended time on the beach. It worked out for us because we spent more time in the water than we did in the chairs. Overall, it was a great experience, I would stay there again if we chose PCB, FL as our vacation spot.
