This chill and very colorful beachfront getaway boasts a furnished balcony with a fantastic view -- the perfect spot to relax under the warm Florida sunshine. Inside, this condo features a full, well-equipped kitchen with upgraded features and a breakfast bar, a bar height table and stool set in the dining area, and an inviting living area with sliding glass door access our to your private balcony. You will also enjoy access to multiple pools, a fitness center, and, of course, miles of soft sandy beach just steps away. Just steps away, via public beach access, you will find shore fishing, parasailing, and jet ski rentals! Less than a mile from your vacation rental, visit Saint Andrews State Park for fishing, picnicking, and hiking. And right next door to this property is Schooners, a local favorite offering beachfront dining and entertainment. Things to Know Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods: May 21- May 25, June 13-July 27, September 3- September 7, and October 12-18 2026. **If overflow Parking needs to be done off site.** This parking is not associated with us or Seychelles and the information below is subject to change. 9961 Thomas Drive (Near Laketown Wharf & Ripley Believe it or Not) Current (as of 7/13/26) parking rates are: $2 per hour (up to 6 hours) $12 per day (24 hours) $84 per week

This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. The condo was very clean. The elevators are fast. And the beach isn’t a trek away. We enjoyed the pool most of our trip. Will definitely be back!

The condo was fantastic for a long weekend. Great views! Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning. Nicely decorated and well equipped. We had an issue with the refrigerator but it didn’t take away from the great experience.

Fridge poured water from the freezer into the fridge the entire stay! Constantly had to use towels to clean this up. Could not keep food in the fridge without water pouring on the food. The garbage disposal did not work. The kitchen sink stayed clogged the entire trip. I reached out to maintenance multiple times ( they did send one guy ) who chose to “use a hair dryer” to “fix the fridge” and told me the garbage disposal was broke and to not use the kitchen sink. There were only 3 spoons in the unit. No blankets ( I had to purchase a few to keep family warm). The filter in the dryer doesn’t stay and it constantly comes undone and then you hear it making noise. The drain in the master bathtub doesn’t work. I would not recommend this condo/ esp if it stays under Vacasa as they simply “are letting it fall apart.”

Room was very clean! Plenty of dishes and glasses. I agree that the mattresses are not comfy and blankets are very light, hospital style. We brought comfy blankets from home and I’m so glad we did! The view is really the star of the show, just wow! In all we had a wonderful trip! Fast elevators, great beach attendants, chairs came with the room and that’s a nice perk! Overall the price is good for what you get! Thanks! We love PCB, see ya soon!!
