I love this condo. Great condo with a kitchen, bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a king size bed with a balcony off the bedroom and living room. It is on the 14th floor, overlooking the beach. It is beautiful. ALSO…. The property has a bar on floor one and at the pool. They have special large beach cups and can pre purchase 7 drinks!
We stay at tidewater 4 times a year We stay this unit 3yrs ago. This time poor. Rusty chair on balcony. Very very dirty carpet. Missing shade of ceiling fan light. Walls need painting. Need more pots to cook. Maintenance came up and apologized about dirty carpet.and walls, light shade. We spent 1950 for this unit . He said they would refund some of our money .I never heard from any one I am super disappointed 😞
Everything we needed was on the property.
The beach itself was amazing we loved the view from the 14th floor but as soon as we walked into 1415 the smell was ridiculous!! It smelt so old and dirty, the carpet itself shows where the smell comes from it was so dirty! You can’t wear white socks there it turns them completely brown!!!! The kitchen floor was always wet from what looked like steam or sweat and we seen multiple ROACHES!! in the room, my kids were terrified the beds were also very itchy and felt dirty, the sofa and chairs were so terribly dirty they smelt disgusting and there was stains all over them! the ac wasn’t working either we called vacasa and they said that they’ll send someone up to fix it and nobody came to fix it! Overall we loved the view and beach but our stay there was horrible. Never again.
We loves the view from the 14th floor. We could see schools of mullet, a shark, a sea turtle, even a tarpon! But a building with 30 floors and that many elevator issues was a nightmare to navigate!
Our hotel stay was great from the cleanness of the room to the hotel staff being so nice. However, I will not be staying at this hotel again because of the elevator wait. We spent most of our vacation waiting on elevators. Waiting 20-40mins just to be able to get on an elevator is insane! Would have taken the stairs if we weren’t on the 14th floor, even though that probably would have been faster.
