6th-floor Gulf & beachfront condo with pools, hot tubs, restaurant, & game room

This property has plenty of space, a great view, and super friendly staff.

Resort staff was a awesome and location was great. Rooms were clean and helpful

Fan rattles first bedroom on right Light out bedroom on left Fan out hall by bunk beds Ac connection failure error Wifi very low signal, I'm a technician, and the tv (especially slow and unresponsive, constantly buffering) and network were severely outdated/slow/lacked config Tv very small and outdated moth on LR light Outlet by sink in kitchen doesn't work Towels in floors of showers at least one elevator was down the entire stay other elevators seemed to be malfunctioning, going by my experience, a guest with me, and a random stranger's account stain on couch Vacasa employee entered during stay while door was locked, said she was asked to take pictures of the couch and curtain someone else had reported, didn't know I was there, proceeded to ask me to take pics for her Front desk employee was very rude. On arrival she seemed to be high or just uninterested in helping me, paying attention to everyone else while I was standing there waiting, then told me I had to register and stated "it's gonna be an extra fee, because -you should've already done it-" I didn't care about the fee. I just would've liked to be treated as politely as everyone else, especially considering I was very patient and polite. Also made a point to tell me if I didn't use the parking hang tag my car would be towed. Also, same employee stopped me when trying to retrieve my ID for cart checkout after another employee took it. They don't go with you to check which carts you're taking or pay attention when you return it, but they still stopped me and questioned where I put the cart? Like you were right there and didn't say anything while I was walking down this long hall but even after I said I returned the cart, you asked me if I returned it and where? Where else? If you're that worried about it why aren't you going with people to make sure? Why was I the only one asked by the same rude employee? Also parking gate didn't work the whole time I was there, just open the whole time Good view, bed, balcony, beach, ac when working

The condo was wonderful! Stocked well and super clean. Elevators right outside the door but the foot traffic did not get loud. The only issue we had was the elevators (imagine that). Had to line up to get on them. The only working one in the parking garage broke down and we had to take the stairs. It was repaired by the next morning. Check in went smoothly.

Nothing, the elevators knew us very well as much time as we spent waiting to get the 6th floor down. My 62 year old grandmother had to take the stairs multiple times this trip. (From the 6th floor mind you) this place has 30 floors the amount of ppl who I spoke to who was so disheartened once they arrived. One family & im quoting the father “we’ve spent almost half our trip waiting for this elevator” overall I wouldn’t recommend this resort for anyone of any kind. Also not to mention we paid for an extra day to our room to not be able to get into the room until about 8 pm that night when I was signed up for early check in. Overall just a poorly ran money hungry organization!!

Unit was the perfect size for our group of five. Not the newest looking and we had some small issues that the Vacasa staff was able to quickly fix. Some reviews mentioned full size shampoos etc and they were mounted in all the showers but they were empty. Vacasa said that full size toiletries were not provided. I am only adding because another review mention that they DID have full size toiletries and so we did not bring any. All in all, we would stay at this unit again. We did have to wait on the elevators a LOT and opted to go down the stairs sometimes instead of waiting for the elevators which took a long time and we’re often full by the time they got down to us (6th floor) after starting at a much higher floor(30th!?).
