Cool & comfortable beachfront condo with balcony, pool, & gym is described as a great vacation spot for families, with spacious, comfortable rooms and especially cozy beds that helped guests sleep well. Guests consistently praised the condo for being very clean, well kept, and nicely maintained throughout the unit and property. The property is appreciated for its convenient location close to restaurants, shops, and the state park, while still feeling peaceful and away from crowds, with easy beach access adding to the appeal. The balcony and beachfront setting stood out to guests, who loved the amazing ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and even dolphin sightings from the condo. Guests also enjoyed the pool, beach chairs and umbrella, a well-equipped kitchen experience, fast elevators, easy check-in, and thoughtful in-room supplies. The wifi was noted to work very well for streaming and video calls, and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.

Inside, the inviting living area, complete with comfortable furniture and a TV, will keep everyone entertained, while the adjacent dining room and well-equipped, full kitchen, offer opportunities for delicious, home-cooked meals. The on-site amenities at Seychelles include two pools, one with a connected pool spa, a sundeck, and a fitness center. This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. You'll also find Schooner's, Panama City Beach's last local beach club, right next door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals. Things to Know Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee. Reservations from March through October include beach service. Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

The location was great - easy walk to Schooners and the beach. Elevators were quick and parking was no hassle. Needed a code to get in which is great for safety.

If you want a condo with uninvited guests, then this is your spot. Day 1 we arrived and first thing we saw were dead roaches all over the kitchen. I immediately called Vacasa, sent pictures, etc. They wanted someone to come spray but I had a 10 month old so I told them they couldn’t. I asked for a different room but since it was 4th of July week all the rooms were booked up. They said they can either refund me for 2 nights or I can find somewhere else to stay and they will refund me the nights I didn’t use. Well…you can imagine how hard finding a replacement condo in Panama City Beach was during the Fourth of July weekend. So needless to say, we staying with the roaches for the week and EVERYDAY I would wake up and kill 5-10 big and baby roaches in the kitchen and living room. So now here I am arriving at home, shaking all my clothes before they go in my house, and STILL WAITING ON MY TWO NIGHT REFUND. So I called booking.com (who I booked through) and I find out that Vacasa is only refunding me for one night instead of two. Booking.com is a joke and was no help at all. They emailed the property to try and get my one night refund changed to two. Vacasa said they were only refunding the one night and booking.com refused to help refund the rest. This was my first and last time booking with booking.com and staying with Seychelles. BEWARE OF SEYCHELLES AND BOOKING.COM!!!!
