Sunny, eighth-floor, beachfront condo with pools, hot tub, & fitness room

We love staying here!! We come to Seyshells every summer! We call it our home away from home. Can’t beat the views!!

This condo was very large and beautiful. The view was gorgeous. However there is a few issues I would like to share to spare someone the inconveniences we experienced… the way the complex is set up is very congested and the parking is terrible. We booked this 3 bdroom condo which houses 8 people. We brought 2 vehicles for everyone and the luggage. Apparently I missed one very important detail in the things to note.. . Your only allowed 1 parking pass during “black out” dates, No buying a second pass, absolutely no exceptions at all! So we had to park our second vehicle miles away from the condo site in a paid parking lot. It was wildly inconvenient. I have never stayed at a condo that had no give when it came to parking onsite, so I just wanted to share this and maybe help spare someone else the terrible inconvenience we had on our trip.

Seychelles 807 is a great unit! The layout is spacious. We've found the end units to be much more enjoyable for our family. The wrap around balcony with a second accessible door on the front side of the building was nice. As with every condo I've stayed in the beds aren't the most comfortable but this one was probably the best of what I've experienced so far. Having Schooner's right next door was great too. There was less noise at night than further up towards the west end. Another bonus... the St. Andrews pier is only about a 25 minute walk down the beach. The issues we had: 1. not enough forks and spoons, bring your own 2. on our 2nd night we had issues with the smoke detectors, at 3:15 am. It was a bit of a hassle getting clarity on maintenance's arrival time but once April arrived she took care of the problem and was kind enough to give me her number in case we had further issues. 3. one of the spindles on the railing was just barely loose enough to vibrate with the strong winds. It was annoying loud at night until we tied it off with a strap. it was reported so hopefully it has been taken care of. A few things to note: 1. If you need anything at all you must call whoever you booked with to have a work order submitted. The onsite propery manager isn't going to be able to help you. 2. The code for the parking garage and entry doors/gates are the same but you have to hit # for the doors/gates. We will likely stay in this unit again.

Roomy condo with wrap around balcony so 2 rooms had a view or quick access to the view. The grounds were very nice and elevators were fast. We had a great much needed vacation.

Loved the location and all the natural lighting.

Absolutely loved having a 3 bedroom on the beach! The views from the balcony were incredible! Condo was clean and comfortable!
