Beach access #13 to the Gulf of Mexico is located three blocks south on the other side of Thomas Drive. This private house comes equipped with everything you need for an incredible vacation with kids, including beach toys, one additional toddler bed, and one additional roll-away baby crib. Prepare memorable meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, gas range, and a dishwasher. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living/entertaining room and the kitchen. The living room boasts a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick (guests must connect to apps through their own accounts). This home has an on-site washer/dryer. There are three private bedrooms, one being a primary bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. This home is equipped with an EV Level 2 charger with captive plug for both NACS and J1772 vehicles, accommodating all major North American EVs, charging up to 48 amps continuously.
