Things to know There is no elevator Dog-friendly. Two dogs under 25 pounds allowed. During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age. Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental. You must notify us in advance if you will be bringing a dog. Please include breed and weight. Dogs not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $150 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.

The only thing good about this place was the close proximity to the beach. If we didn't live 7 hours away, I would have turned around and gone back home.

There were no bugs, no mouse poop, so that was a plus, but the condo had dirty floors and the bathrooms smelled musty. We found the vacuum and purchased air freshener to help...definitely had to keep out shoes on though. When we got there, with our dog, there was a sign on the back sliding door stating that we could not use the back patio due to the owner renovating it. It was a MESS!! I booked this condo because of the fenced in yard for my dog and the grass/weeds were up to my knees!! The back porch had cigarettes butts and garbage. Definitely false advertisement with the pictures that were provided. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes, so the location is great. Most likely we will not stay in this condo again as we have stayed in better ones for the same price. It would be a very nice place if the owner kept up with it!!

The picture is a lie the back porch was broke down if you carry your pet I hope it’s big the grass was not cut the fence has hole for them to get out! They have big roaches not normal looking things ! The door when using the code it do not work and you have to call the service and they keep telling you to go to the office but there isn’t one ! I put the one I stayed in cause when I looked over the fence the others were nice so I assume different people own these ! I did however had a nice vacation I wasn’t gonna let this mess up my get away ! The lights did not work in the bedrooms !

It was nice and very clean especially for a prt friendly home! Water pressure is great and very close to the beach. No complaints would definitely stay again!
