  • Washer and Dryers are located on the first floor next to the elevators. They are shared and coin-operated
  • Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

    The condo is in a great location. Just bring a blow up mattress to put on top of the box spring mattress in the bedroom. 🙄

    This property when we got there looked decent definitely needed upgrades like paint touch ups and just cleaned a little deeper! Pullout couch was broken! Then got up during the night and saw roaches in the kitchen!! Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!!
