Front and center beachfront views overlooking the Gulf abound at this incredible, 11th-floor condo! Boasting the largest floor plan that the complex has to offer, the condo showcases panoramic views from its prime location in the center of the building. Walk right down to the beach or indulge in fabulous on-site amenities multiple pools, shuffleboard, and tennis courts. While you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby the condo also includes a well-equipped, full kitchen to handle all your at-home meal and snack needs. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Bare minimum amenities. Needs update and upgrade on decor. Overall an adequate room but there is room for improvement.

An update is just the beginning of what this place needs. There were ants everywhere. Spiders. Outlets hanging out of the wall. My husband and I both have bites on our legs from the first night. The coffee pot is messed up. The air conditioner didn’t work so they had a portable one and the sliding door wouldn’t shut all the way because of it- the unit was loud and the bathtub knobs don’t work right. Never again. Definitely not worth the 11 hour drive. View was good tho. The ONLY positive about this unit. Don’t waste your money unless it’s all that’s left 👌🏼

The view from the balcony was great. The beach area and pools were clean. The Sunbird staff were nice.

The best part about the condo, the View from the room and the balcony. The rest of the condo needs a lot of TLC. Beds not comfortable at all. Air didn’t cool great, be careful turning the shower hot water off you will scaled yourself, that is if you can get it on. If you have arthritis or use of only one hand don’t stay here. The condo is dated. Pink bedroom with the pink flower wall boarder, bathroom is also the same color pink, baseboards look like they haven’t been painted in years and some outlets don’t work. If you’re on a budget this is the room for you. If you can afford to stay else where I definitely would.
