Lovely beachfront home with balcony, pool, hot tub, & beach

Great place to stay, loved the space and the perks of parking right near your room.

Room seemed decent when we checked in. However, once we were settled we noticed that the floors were filthy, my 1 year old granddaughters socks were black on the bottom and so were our feet. It looked as if it hadn’t been mopped in weeks/months. Toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken and the tub in the same bathroom would not drain well. There was a hole in the bathroom door as well. The kitchen did not have adequate cooking supplies, as we bought groceries for the week. The light on the balcony did not work either and there was mold on the shampoo dispensers in the bathroom, along with previous guests hair in the shower as well. We have booked 2 other condos at this resort and had zero issues and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. This room would have gotten 4 stars if it would have been cleaned properly. I suggest hiring new cleaning staff for your condo, there is no reason the bottoms of our feet should be black from walking across the room. The good things.. the view was amazing, the living room was spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. I will be coming back to the resort, but unfortunately just not to this condo.

Everything was so Great!! The accommodations were ready for us as soon as we arrived at the property. The view of the pool and beach from our balcony was amazing!! My granddaughters and I enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back

The resort needs much improvement. Checking in was a nightmare. I personally had to park my car in the deck and go inside the lobby to provide my family names for guess passes. Traffic was backed up down the street. The deck could not support two vehicles turning at one time, and cars were backed up in the deck. They had no luggage buggies to carry luggage to the rooms which required multiple trips. Although they said there were buggies, not once did I see buggy the entire week. I asked one guess how long he had been waiting for a buggy. He said 25 minutes. The bedsheets had a plastic liner and bedsheets would not stay on the bed. When you roll over, the sheets came with you. We had to get up during the night and realign the sheets. We have been to many resorts and hotels. Not once did we experienced this. One bathroom had a hole in the door, kitchen ceiling light was missing a cover, there were inadequate pots and pans for cooking, and one door stopper was damaged and obviously needed replacing, the front door knob was more than half way down the door and required you to kneel down to enter the code. There were only two elevators supporting 132 units in our section of the resort. This often resulting in large crowds waiting for an elevator. Many guess including my family were fuming because of this inconvenience. Many stated it was their first and last time at the resort. Although the pool was nice, it was closed down on Saturday for the entire day and just prior to our last day. Every day while at the pool area, the internet was almost nonexistent. For the price we paid for this resort, we were extremely disappointed.

Definitely recommend this place! It’s in a great location, right across the Walmart, souvenir shops, right next to Pineapple Willy (they got some of the best crunchy onion rings), beach front and right on the 5th floor! It’s spacious and when we arrived, it was super clean and had all the amenities! Also they have great channels on the television. I would definitely come back to this place! The owners were also very responsive and kind! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place !

Everything about condo was great ! We had a great time. Except for check in !!
