This renovated beachfront condo on the second floor features striking views of the Emerald Coast. Watch the sunrise over the water from the furnished balcony. The tasteful decor and tile throughout the vacation rental will make you feel right at home. You will also have access to the complex's pool, hot tub, and basketball court as well as the beach. This is a fantastic condo for a couple who wants to get away with or without the kids! Please be kind and enjoy this newly remodeled condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. If you're coming to PCB, this is where you want to be! Things to Know Reservations from March through October include beach service.

Fabulous location, sunset views were incredible. Would absolutely stay again. Cute condo, very comfortable. You will have to buy bags of ice, but there is a convenient machine on the property to purchase. If you are cold natured haha especially after a sunburn bring extra blankets to cozy on couch or add to the beds. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The ocean view was beautiful and the condo was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a beach vacation. The best part for me was the ease of moving from my room to the ocean and the pool. I have never stayed in a place that had an elevator system in excellent working conditions. That means a lot when you are wanting to get to where you are going. I will stay here again!

The room had a beautiful view. I enjoyed the balcony. My only complaint would be the kitchen supplies are very little. The cookie sheets are rusted and the frying pans were peeling so we had to buy a frying pan and liners for the cookie sheets. There is no icemaker so be prepared to pay $8 a bag at the location for a bag of ice, which is around 5 pound bag so not too bad for that price. I would stay at this condo again, but I would prefer to book through owner directly.

Everything about this condo was great. The location was great, it was clean and equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. Me and my wife were super pleased with everything and how smooth everything went. The communication from Vacasa was A+. They make sure you have everything you need for a smooth check in, rules and check out. The beautiful beach is right across and you will not be disappointed with the beautiful sunset in the afternoon. Plenty of stores and amenities close to it as well. We will recommend this condo and will definitely be coming back.
