Sand-front condo with pool, hot tub, gym, scenic balcony, smart TVs, WD, & AC

It was clean and comfortable! Great view and love balcony furniture

The condo is a beautiful view with efficient layout but needs a few modern amenities such as updated cooking pans and comfortable living room furniture. Also, add in areas in master bedroom for charging electronics. We had our families there and purchased food to cook but pans were warped and old. I had to go buy a pan set at Target so we could cook our food. The dishwasher is not secured in cabinet so it wobbled and fell open every time we opened. However, AC was cold, beds are comfortable, and high quality balcony furniture. We had a great time and enjoyed beach and pool daily. The resort is very nice and employees were very friendly.

We loved our time here with the kids! The kids enjoyed the bunk bed with the full size bed on the bottom. The soaking tub was huge hit! It was the perfect location for us. We started at the beach, moved to the pools and hot tub in the afternoon and even did a little night swimming. The kids loved the mushroom play area. The grill on the pool level was perfect for grabbing lunch and a frozen drink to enjoy by the pool. We love that there are so many places to eat within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked for when we decided to have dinner in. The view from the balcony is amazing! We saw several pelicans flying by, and there were even a few dolphin and manatee sightings!

Right when you walk in the beautiful Chevron style flooring captures your attention and it goes throughout the entire condo. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the beach and pool areas were amazing. I could not have been more pleased with my stay.

Came down the Panama City Beach and stayed at unit 1803. The place was well equipped for a week stay. It was clean, and I felt right at home immediately. Nights on the balcony watching the sunset. Getting work done with the reliable wifi. Going downstairs, crossing the street and indulging on some bbq/beer. We ordered groceries online and they delivered to the building. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen - no problems. Would definintely stay here when the need arises to bathe the body in the sea and take a slower pace of life.

Nice place, clean and with many amenities. Beach chairs included, parking for two vehicles ($50 each), coffee maker for keurig cups and bags, comfortable beds, good working washer and dryer, great shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, excellent view from balcony, nice hot tub and pool. We had a good time.
