*IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Please note that property improvements are underway at Ramsgate Harbour through January 2027. While your unit will remain accessible throughout the project, guests may experience daytime construction noise, dust, and occasional temporary balcony access restrictions while work is being performed nearby. Units 1-24: September 2026 - November 2026 Units 25-48: October 2026 - December 2026 Units 49-66 & Administration Building: November 2026 - January 2027 Enjoy lovely surrounding views of the ocean and neighborhood from this classic condo, decorated with an old-school Florida flair. You'll love kicking back on the porch swing and watching the wind blow through the palm trees from your own private deck. The shared outdoor pool is also within eyesight! Natural light floods the inside of this condo, from the furnished living room to the fully equipped kitchen. Central air conditioning makes things cool and comfortable, and there's a ceiling fan in each room so everyone can adjust the temperature to their own preferences. The main bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized stone standalone shower. Just stick the swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer and head to the deck - this is your retreat near the beach! Walk across the street for seafood and groceries. Plus, all that 30-A has to offer is just a few miles West, local favorites and Pier Park are to your East, pizza is a mile away, and the less-crowded West Panama City beaches are right out your door! There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date. This room has carpet. My husband didn’t realize this when he booked. The location was ideal, on the very end of the property but the view is partially blocked by a beach house. It’s very close to the pool.

We usually stay on the East end of PCB, but we wanted to give this side of town a try. We LOVE the neighborhood, the views, the proximity to the beach…and the two chairs and umbrella that come with the unit. It was such a stress free getaway with our family, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had no issues other than you guys need to replace the wine opener. Both of them. Great place to stay. Very quiet and love the short walk to beach.

We had ZERO complaints about this place. The views are stunning. It is right next to the pool and beach access. It stocked everything we needed for some easy cooking. It was clean and bright and the windows 🤩 We hope to be back! May 2025

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate, however the carpet should either be deep cleaned or completely removed from the condo. The beds could use new mattresses and the chairs in the living room could stand to be replaced. The plug in the guest bath did not stop the tub properly. There was an unexpected $35 parking fee, which was discussed with a Vacasa rep before check in, however the email was worded incorrectly, which led us to believe up to two cars would be included and if there were anymore cars, a $35 charge would be required. This was discussed at length with the Vacasa rep, who indicated she would call me back, however I never received a return phone call and ended up paying the $35 so my car would not be towed during my stay. It wasn’t so much about the parking fee, it was the way the email was written. The Vacasa rep agreed with me after I read the email to her directly. A return phone call, like I was told, would have been appreciated. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay in PCB, I would recommend staying at Ramsgate Harbour.
