Nice condo, beautiful view and beachfront, convenient location, well stocked kitchen, large pantry. Room for improvement: Upgrade photos to reflect upgrades, current furniture and patio furniture. A recliner was needed and was pictured online but not there upon arrival. Instead was a broken down swivel chair that we were afraid would flip into the floor. Vacasa was informed and they said they would take care of it .No onsite management but Vacasa did answer promptly when called. Our cars were ticketed by the HOA for missing year on the parking passes. Security personnel was helpful when we were given the wrong code to the gate to the beach but did not return call when message left regarding someone smoking marijuana on adjacent balcony. We were rudely awakened by a fire alarm at 4:50 am Thanksgiving. One of our family members was on crutches and had difficulty descending the stairs. No "all clear" was communicated. The firemen leaving the property was the only indication it was safe to return to the room. Never informed cause of alarm. Should consider adding pull bars in the bathrooms as toilets are low and would assist in getting into and out of the shower/tub. Overall, it was a restful trip in a beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach and sunsets. We will definitely stay again at Sterling Beach.

I have stayed here before and loved it. There was a few flaws but this place is amazing as always. Quite and calm. No kids everywhere. Me and my husband went for my birthday. Was great❤️
