The main bedroom has another TV, an amazingly soft bed, and a private viewing balcony. Don't forget to wash off the sunscreen at the end of the day in the roomy shower. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
